Ausdecking Warranty

Ausdecking composite decking and cladding features a 10 year limited structural warranty. This warranty does not cover freight, labour or installation costs.

Ausdecking does not warranty against improper use or improper installation.

Warranty does not cover;

• improper installation
• warping, cracking, distortion, fading, splitting, splintering or cupping. This can be caused by poor installation, lack of ventilation as well as a variety of other natural and unnatural occurrence's, which is true of all composite decking and natural timbers.
• acts of God such as flooding and fire
• movement or distortion caused by ground or subframe shifting
• mold, mildew, staining or defects caused by foreign substances, improper cleaning techniques or substances, burning or melting or scratching
• wear and tear (including natural occurring change of colour associated with time and or exposure to natural elements)
• excessive weight or falling objects
• uses other than authorised usage
• applications other than the intended use
• warranty is non transferable
